A new brand identity and packaging was required for a range of handmade Irish chocolate. The brief requested that we use some gold in the logo to convey the premium quality of the chocolate. The gold I used I was influenced by contemporary plating methods and the fada (accent used in the Irish language) above the 'o' and 'i' which is uniquely Irish. I kept the hand drawn and painted look for the range.
